We photographed Miranda and Larry’s engagement session about two years ago on Lake Michigan in Milwaukee. In March, just about one month before Joe and I got married at Dandy, we got to photograph Miranda and Larry again – this time, at the same venue where Joe and I were about to get married!
Dandy is one of our favorite spots in all of Milwaukee. It’s charming, quaint, the owners are great, and because it’s an antique shop that doubles as an event space for rent, it’s ever-changing. Of course, it fit Miranda and Larry’s vibes perfectly. I just love the way Miranda’s light blue denim and Larry’s light blue button-up played with the orange tones of Dandy. And, the bell sleeves on Miranda’s shirt plus the stripes on Larry’s button-up – it’s all immaculate retro vibes.
