An Art Deco Wedding at Hotel Northland
This Hotel Northland wedding in Green Bay, Wisconsin was a trendy, art-deco dream.
The summer prior to Morgan and Robert’s wedding, we had met up with them in Green Bay. We love building relationships with couples ahead of their wedding day, but this meeting was for an extra special reason. As we tagged along on their Saturday morning date, we recorded their engagement video. They explored downtown, shopped at the farmers market, and even showed us their wedding venue while we got to know the two of them. The best part? The cream-cheesey bagels we got from Lox Stock’n Bagel. Putting our cameras down, sitting in the grass at a nearby park, and becoming friends with Morgan and Robert over a coffee-and-bagels picnic was one of the best ways to spend a Saturday that we could have imagined.
The Perfect Mix of Trendy and Timeless
By the time their wedding rolled around, we could not have been any more excited to see the two of them again. Their wedding was filled with so many great details. Morgan wore her grandmother’s pearls and veil for the ceremony, along with a minimalistic white long sleeved wedding dress with a dotted chiffon slit up the side. Her light blue pointed toe shoes finished off her look. Before heading off to see Robert for the first time, she sprayed on some rose-scented perfume: a tribute to her future last name, Rose.
Robert kept his wedding outfit classic. He wore a black suit and tie, a look is one you can’t go wrong with (we love to see it!). Their wedding attire fit in great with the art-deco vibes at Hotel Northland. During the reception, Morgan changed into a short reception dress with 90s vibes and a veil with trendy dots.
